  1. 1The item received is not the one that I ordered. 

     In this case, there are several possibilities:

    - Under your order summary (which you can find in “My Space” – “My Orders”), the items listed are not the one that you had thought to have ordered. In this case, you will need to return your package. (more detailed information about the return procedure you can find under the section “Return” in the FAQs)

    - In your order summary, the items are not the ones that you received. In this case, we kindly ask you to get in touch with one of our consultants, either by telephone 0033 3 66 33 17 80* or 00171 62 26 07 33 for USA* or by sending an e-mail to: info@redoute.com.

    Our Customer Service team is taking your calls between 9am and 8pm (GMT+1) from Monday to Friday and between 9am and 6pm on Saturdays.


  2. 2Why do I have to pay custom duties?

    If you get your order delivered in a country within the European Union, you will not have to pay any custom duties.

    If you get your order delivered in a country outside the European Union, you will be required to pay for the custom duties most of the times. However, you will not be paying the VAT which will be deducated from the amount due. This is taken into account automatically when you add items to your basket, so that the shown price equals the amount you have to pay to La Redoute.
