  1. 1Can I get my package delivered to an address different than my invoicing address?

    No worries, this is not a problem. During the order process you will just have to tick the box “Delivery to another address” and enter the address where you want to be delivered (full name, address, …).
    In you Customer account under  “My Details”, you will then see that only the delivery address changed while your invoicing address remains unchanged. 


  2. 2Which delivery company will take care of my package?

    We have chosen the company UPS for their quick and high-quality service performance.

  3. 3How can I contact the delivery company?

    At UPS, each country of delivery has its own customer service. So, for contacting UPS, you may visit their website (www.ups.com), select the country of delivery and you will be guided to a page, giving you all the necessary information for joining the company.

  4. 4Can I get my order delivered at a PO Box?

    No, unfortunately La Redoute.com cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

  5. 5How and when do I have to pay custom duties?

    Custom duties must be paid directly to the carrier on the reception of your parcel.
    Thresholds on parcel value can widely differ from one country to another.



  6. 6How do I know if my preferred items are available for delivery?

    The availability of an item is mentioned in its description (simply click on the picture of the item you like to see all product details).

    Please note: The availability may vary from one colour to another and from one size to another. So to make sure that the item is available in the right colour and size, you will have these two elements from the drop down menu (example:  immediately available in size 44 and size 46 “available within x weeks”).

    After having chosen you favorite items and put them in your basket, enter your special offer code in the designated field . The reduction will be automatically taken into account.

    Please note: some offers are customised and require a personal login to be taken into account.


  8. 8I entered my special offer code but it is not accepted. Why?

    To know more about your offer code, click on “?” on your basket next to the field where you can enter the promotion code.

    The discount doesn’t apply as you thought? There could be several reasons for this:

    - You are not logged in and the offer is customised.
    - You have already used this voucher (some of our vouchers can be used only once)
    - The offer is no longer available (expired date of the offer validity)
    - The items you selected, do not fulfill the terms and conditions of the offer (red prices, mini, already discounted items, green pages, new arrivals, exclusive items, …)

    Please check if the terms and conditions of the voucher have been well respected.

  9. 9I have received a discount coupon, how can I use it?

    You just need to enter your 5-digit or 5-digit-letter special offer code in the designated field in your basket.

    If you fulfil the terms and conditions of the offer, the discount shall apply automatically.

    Please note: The discount coupons belong exclusively to the customers who has received them.


  10. 10I have received a promotional code or an offer from laredoute.fr, can I use this offer on laredoute.com?

    Unfortunately, only the promotional codes dedicated to laredoute.com will be accepted on laredoute.com.

  11. 11I have received an offer for the site laredoute.com, can I use it in any country?

    If you reside in a country delivered by La Redoute .com, obviously you can use the offer.
    However, there can be a situation where an offer is reserved for a specific country. In such a case, it can only be used for a delivery within that country.
