    Dangerous Lamp - Customer Service Underground

    The lamp arrived well packaged and is very stylish. Unfortunately, it can be life-threatening. When hanging it up, there was a short circuit. We suspect that a cable inside must have come loose and come into contact with the brass. Since there is no neutral wire, as is actually required for metal lamps, the current got to the brass. Miraculously, no one was hurt. Customer service ducks away and offers no repair or replacement and only 30% of the original purchase price, which is actually against all legal jurisdiction... So hands off!!
