Wool mix hooded duffle coat with pockets navy LA REDOUTE COLLECTIONS PLUS

Well made and quite heavy with a good lining it this coat looks great, is very comforting to wear and keeps you apart from the elements in all there forms. Very reasonably priced in the black Friday sales made this a real bargain although I believe the same could’ve been said at its normal price too. I feel this is a garment destined to last me for many years

I bought a duffle coat from here and it was to big, I sent it back with no problem as it was made easy with the pre paid drop off label. I then got the same coat in another size and that was to big! I sent it back again with no problems. I called up and said I'd sent the coat back as it was to big, and they said no problem let's have a look and see what sizes we have on the ladies recommendation I went for a smaller size and she got it posted out ASAP and it fits like a glove. I personally love shopping but when you get service like this why go out looking around. The costumer service is excellent!! The quality is excellent!! And if I thought things couldn't get better they gave me a discount!! I would recommend this company without any hesitation and will most definitely be back. Exceptional!!!
