      Overpriced and difficult to put together

      There are no predrilled holes on the bed to attach the slats. You have to measure and create those manually, which requires a lot of strength. I ended up injuring my hand with all the twisting that was required.

      Instructions were a bit unclear, but not too bad.

      Trundle doesn't feel sturdy enough for anyone to sleep on it. It's also not attached to the bed in any way, just rolls under it.

      The bed itself is creaky.

      There are visible heads of screws on the sides.

      Like the bed, be careful what mattress you order

      Happy with the bed we ordered, took quite a while to assemble. When I ordered the bed it suggested what mattress to order. Ordered 2 but the bottom one needs to be thinner to fit in the drawer base. Now stuck with extra mattress as we can’t send it back

      Excellent Quality Bed

      We took a risk with this bed from pictures only, and so glad we did. Excellent bed, very well made and great storage solutions. The ONLY reason I gave it 4 Stars is because the instructions were not overly clear (fuzzy printing) so for a non-DIYer it could leads to problems. Luckily my husband is pretty good, but even he at times felt it was frustrating the instructions didn't always quite match the description (pilot holes missing for example). Easily fixable for those with know how. That aside, one very happy daughter and parents!!!
