Worldwide delivery

Our website offers a free worldwide delivery under conditions. Otherwise, delivery cost and time may depend on country destination and delivery option chosen at the check out page.

Delivery times

  • What are the delivery times?

    An indicative delivery time is shown on the product sheet once the size of the item has been selected. This indication is also present in the basket. This time corresponds to a standard delivery method. This delivery time is respected in more than 95% of cases.

For small articles (fashion, hometextile and small decoration articles) and furniture up to 25 kilograms

  • La Redoute will reach its delivery/courier DHL for getting your orders delivered. You will receive an e-mail informing that your parcel has left the warehouse.

  • Your parcel will be delivered to you at the place of delivery indicated during the check out. DHL agents will come in and try 2 times to deliver your order. If these 2 attempts prove to be unsuccessful, they will try and contact you by telephone or by mail. If you fail to reply within 48 hours, your order will be automatically returned to the sender.

  • If you wish to have your order delivered at an address other than yours: You will have to, on the checkout page, tick the box “Add an alternative delivery address” and re-enter your details (full name, address….). You will then see that your invoicing address remains as the address that you entered while creating your account. You can, thus, get your parcel delivered to someone else.

Deferred items

  • Article awaiting availability

    The item you are interested in may not be immediately available for shipment; this means that the item is being restocked. You can still order it and we will send it to you as soon as it is back in stock in our French warehouse.
    In this case, the estimated delivery time is indicated directly on the product page.

  • Debit at the time of order

    The debit is made at the time of the order, with some exceptions (e.g. Buy now pay later by Klarna).

Please note that if you want to ship an order in a country where La Redoute (or one of its partners) already has a website, you will be requested to use the said site to complete your purchases. They are: Germany, Belgium, Cyprus, France, Greece, Italy, Korea (South), Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
