    Quilda Chest of 4 Drawers

    The drawers are listed as being 'light oak wood' in appearance and seem this way in the attractive photos. In reality, the nitrocellulose varnish finish has a much darker orange tone similar to a G-Plan piece, only cheap. Really cheap. The veneer chipped around the nail holes when applying the draw knobs. Poor quality for it's price even on discount.

    Beautiful piece of furniture

    Absolutely love this chest of drawers, it’s exactly what I was looking for. Arrives in one piece - all it needs is the feet and drawer handles being screwed on which takes minutes. Lovely colour and really compliments mid century modern style room.

    Beautiful piece of furniture

    I recently bought this chest of drawers for my newly renovated bedroom. So beautifully made, sturdy and very heavy!! The style is very elegant and very fitting for my 1930s house. The only thing I would say is that the little drawers are quite small and can only hold certain items such as underwear. For two people it’s not big enough to move everything from our previous chest of drawers but luckily, we have other storage in the bedroom we can use. This is the only reason why I am marking it a 4 as otherwise very, very happy with the purchase.

    Beautiful and great quality

    Love it

    This is the first time I’d bought anything from La Redoute and I’ve been really impressed. It arrived within two weeks, fully assembled except for the legs so I didn’t have to spend hours trying to put it together and it feels really sturdy and of good quality. It looks great in my tiny flat and I’m hoping it will be a long term part of my furniture collection.

    Lovely piece of furniture

    I purchased this chest of drawers from the Quilda range to complete my bedroom
