    Same quality as rise and fall

    The same quality as rise and fall, who claims to use gradeA cashmere. I returned to their site this year but they no longer stock the turtleneck, then I found this and thought no harm to give it a try. The quality is the same. In fact, I got the navy one and wore it multiple times now, it's not piling as much as the Rise & Fall one, and this is my second order. I also like this better as the xs fits me better (I'm tiny!).
