      Stitching is very poor

      Holes in the stitching. Not used the sheets but the moment I put them in it was a mess. One of the bottom corners is not stitched at all so the duvet comes out. The other corner is done as it should be. And on the side of the duvet cover is a huge hole. Can’t get through to customer service.

      Pretty poor experience as I don’t want to return I want a replacement as my kid specifically picked this one. It is impossible to organise without speaking to customer service and they don’t answer.
