Les chaises ne sont pas bien finies. Le bois du dossier n’a pas un arrondi harmonieux.

These chairs are rubbish. There is a huge split in the wood of one chair. The wood is rough and crudely finished. I have not packed the parcel entirely as I discovered the damage and it was obvious that these chairs are not fit for purpose. The delivery by Evri took over a week and was as inefficient as usual.

Ordered 4 of them. Spent ages finding my perfect chairs and I am so happy I chose them. They’re super stylish, surprisingly light and quite comfortable. Would totally recommend! I think realistically they’re correctly priced with a discount.

Nello schienale delle sedie, nella parte arrotondate, sono visibili rotture poi sistemate ... se avessi visto le sedue prima di comprarle non le avrei comprate ( visto il costo).

Bonjour, j’ai bien reçu mes 6 chaises bistro comme commandées. Malheureusement je suis au regret de vous dire que l’une d’elle est défectueuse, les pieds ne sont pas bien équilibrés, différence de l’un à l’autre ce qui résulte que la chaise est bancale. Merci de me redire si vous allez faire un geste à mon égard au vu de ce défaut?

We bought 4 chairs 2 months ago, but they only arrived 1 week ago because they appeared to be out-of-stock (in contrast to what was mentioned on the website). When they arrived, we discovered many imperfections: the rotan seating is not always well connected to the frame, the rotan finishing seems deteriorated, screw holes in the frame are not polished, one of the chairs has a badly bended rail. Overall, the quality is much lower than expected given the money we paid for them.

Have been wanting some chairs like these for ages - finally made the decision to buy, and have not regretted it. They look fab. The stoppers underneath the legs are also good for wooden floors. They work really well with my other furniture. Packaging was also very secure to prevent damage.
