Can I still place orders at LaRedoute.com?
Of course! Feel free to make online purchases through the site. We cannot deliver to drop-off points at this time, and are offering home delivery only. You can ask your delivery person to leave your package in front of your door to limit contact.
I received a defective/damaged/broken item. What should I do?
Any After-Sale Service requests will have to wait. As soon as we resume normal business activities, we will gladly exchange your item or provide a refund.
