      Totally disappointed

      I can not for the life of my understand why the bed base is sold separately, I feel it’s just one big con and I am so disappointed with this service. I have now had to spend extra money after thinking what a brilliant price it was for the bed originally. I could of found something similar for a lot less.

      Really stupid!

      Bed with no bed base!?!? And now the fully assembled bed frame can’t be used and my son is sleeping on the floor next to the bed frame! Ordered the base and up till now no response for them!! My son kept asking when is the bed ready!! When is the bed ready??

      No bed slats???!!!

      This is like buying a pair of trainers with no laces, an ice cream with no cone, a bag of crisps with no crisps inside!!! why the heck do they not tell you to purchase the slats with the bed?? We have waited for 2 weeks for the Bed paid for p&p and my little boy has been waiting patiently to have it delivered and then as it comes it has no slats???? So can’t even use it!! Am so so fuming!!! Disgusted with you la redoute!!!!!!

      Disappointed

      I am not one to write a negative review but I am unimpressed with la reroute on this occasion. They are selling this bed without the bed slats (which you can’t buy from them) so it is a real pain to actually use this bed for my son now we have ordered it. In my opinion you shouldn’t be able to sell incomplete products.
