      Very poorly manufactured for the price

      The bolt holes were too small for the bolts supplied to fix the back of chair to base and the back was delivered damaged . Having spent all afternoon building it I'm loathed to send back.

      A stylish product

      Overall this is a good looking and stylish product. Its very difficult to put together however. Only one sized alan key is provided and you will also need a larger one

      Good looks hide poor quality

      Looks fab in design but poorly executed craftsmanship. Arrived and slat broke within 2 days. Other chair arrived with paint work chipping and cracked frontage. Had to send all back including the tables as didn't want any of it as such poor quality.

      Cannot fault the service of the online FB page customer service. Vicki arranged all the returns and full refund of goods. Sadly Hermes then lost my returns and they went back on my account. One call to LR customer service and again sorted promptly and without hassle or stress. has put me off buying furniture again though.

      Contemporary take on a classic design

      I’ve had my eye on this chair and pounced when the sale arrived! The chair is sturdy and finished to a good standard. It took 2 of us to assemble but it was a simple process. The chair is low and comfortable to sit on. Mostly I love this Prussian blue colour-it looks great in the garden.
