    Care Advice
     •  Machine washable at 30°C
     •  Maximum shrinkage after washing : 3% approx. Fabrics made from natural fibres may shrink in the first wash. Always wash your curtains before making any alterations.
     •  Do not tumble dry
     •  If you don't need to iron them (linen curtains, Voile Panel...), let the curtains air dry by hanging them immediately after washing, making sure to spread them out to their full width.
     •  If you want to iron your curtains, we recommend using a low-temperature steam iron or a steamer.

      Curtain no show

I never did receive these curtains. When I eventually contacted LAdoute, they told me they would refund as they couldn’t track them. So disappointing as a very poor service with no resolution offered. I don’t have any further information about the curtain but to finish this feedback will fill necessary fields

      Answer of La Redoute, 09/10/2026

Hi Mary, I'm sorry to hear that you never received your curtains and can appreciate how disappointing this must have been. I can see that you contacted us regarding this issue, and as we were unable to trace the parcel, a refund was arranged for you. While I'm pleased that a refund was provided, I understand this was not the outcome you had hoped for and that you would have preferred to receive the curtains you ordered. We sincerely apologise for the poor experience you've had and the inconvenience caused. Your feedback is appreciated and will be passed on to the relevant team for review. Thanks

A nice pair of sheer curtains

I offered a pair of sheer curtains. It was really difficult to find anywhere that sold premade curtains long enough for our windows. The give the room a bit of privacy without blocking out the light. The quality of the fabric is good for the price I paid.
