     •  Some materials are very fibrous (such as wool) Wool rugs pill naturally during the first few months: this is a normal for this type of product and is not a defect. Remove the excess fibres by hand where possible, do not use a vacuum cleaner with a rotating brush as this can pull and tear the fibres. The pilling will improve over time.

      Love it!

      In love with this rug, it’s fluffier than I expected it to be based on the images on the website but I like that as it’s very soft under foot. Quite a bit of fluff coming off at first but it seems to have calmed down now after a week.

      Great carpet

      Really happy with the carpet, it's not really white but I prefer it that way.

      It has lots of hair that falls out of it but probably will be better after first vacuum....
