      Excellent service

      A very nice rug but a point selection by us for the room. Because of size a phone call required to arrange collection. My heart sank! But phone answered in seconds and uplift arranged and collected as promised.

      Vary nice

      I purchased this rug to have in my kitchen (which is not the more practical area to use jute, i know, but fine for me) and it is perfect for what i wanted. Some reviews say it is thin, but that depends on what you compare it with. It is thinner than most woven jute rugs but I think that is visible from the photos since it is very different texture than the woven rugs. In this case it was exactly what i needed so i would not stumble on the edges and have corners that curl up. The weave is of a natural material so the colouring is not perfectly even and it looks like stains on the rug in some areas until you get close and see that it is in the weave. To be expected and not disturbing in my view.. The rusty colour is a bit towards coral. All in all a very nice rug for the price and even though i bought an underlay to stop it from moving around, i have not used it yet.

      Beautiful Rug

      I love this rug, it's beautiful. I got it in the sale though and not sure I'd pay full price. Description Saying "Providing thermal insulation and sound proofing, a rug will bring a warm feel to your home, structure the space and give you a touch of comfort underfoot" does not apply to this rug because it's very thin and isn't soft underfoot. Because it's thin it needs a good underlay to keep it from moving so bear that in mind as extra cost. Thickness should be in description. 2mm thick.

      Beautiful rug, slightly rougher than expected

      Bought in sale for 5 yr-old's room, looks great and sturdy - good to play on - but the jute is a bit rough compared to other jute rugs. Would not recommend for nurseries/younger children.
