      Beautiful jumper, but wrong size sent.

      Really disappointing service. My order was picked incorrectly (the jumper arrived, but in the wrong size). I contacted Customer Services to let them know, assuming they would send me the correct item, as it was their mistake. They insisted I return the item (which I was happy to do), but refused to send me the correct item. They said I would need to re-order (e.g. pay them again!) and that they would only refund my original payment when the original incorrect item was received by them. Still no refund. Appalling.
