    Split wood

    After only a few weeks, the table top has split. I have emailed La Redoute a number of times but not received any response.

    It's a shame because until the fault developed, we were very happy with our purchase.

    Fantastic table!

    We moved to a new flat and it was hard to find the right provider and I'm so so happy to found out that La redoute is operating in the UK providing such a great furniture!! Thanks a lot for the quality/price of your item!! French touch remains unique!!

    Looks fabulous

    I am happy with the overall look of this piece of furniture. Plenty of room with 4 stools around the table. I think 6 would be too many as you would need to put them at the ends, therefore they wouldn't tuck away underneath. Also it required quite a bit of skill to assemble. You need a drill to fix the oak top to the frame as the holes are not marked out. You are supplied with screws but it is quite tricky. The finished product is worth the effort.
