      lack of thickness

      the rug didn't live to the expectation from the picture: the pile isn't lush or densely packed. it means that all threads are flattened. Moreover, the piece I received was not properly finished on one side leaving the underlay structure exposed over almost 1/2 inch.

      So unfortunate the rug was slightly faulty and overall very disappointed as I haD purchased in the past the same model but this newer one is nowhere as good as the older.

      Poor quality

      I bought this had to wait 4 weeks and I've had it for a month and it's all coming apart around the edges really poor quality as it shouldn't be coming apart after 1 month when there s just me and my partner and it's laid on a floor
