      Awful

      I've had this a few months now and it has just gradually been falling apart. the screws and bolts keep loosening and one of the draws won't even open anymore. Plus the 'wood' is chipped and flaking off.

      Looks great but took over a month to arrive

      The drawers took over a month to be delivered but when they were i was happy with the look of them. The quality is not what I expected and it was difficult to ensure the base of the drawer was fully clicked in so it won’t hold anything to heavy. The style is great though.

      Weak fixings and no response from customer service

      At first I was delighted with my order - the look and size was perfect. But as I assembled the item it was clear certain fixings were weak and meant the pieces didn’t lock in tightly together. One fixing was so weak it bent so one of the drawers won’t work properly as the face won’t stay on. I contacted customer service for replacement parts but heard nothing…

      Flat Packed

      Disappointed, not with the product as didn't attempt to assemble on my own so didn't see end result, didn't realise at time of purchase self assembly was involved and at the price charged I would have expected a solid piece of furniture pre-assembled. Swiftly returned this item for a full refund, which I have heard nothing about as yet, goods returned 10 days ago.
