      Never recovered my order

      Still waiting on date for delivery.

      Delivery was cancelled as hour before it was due. Notification to say I would have further update within 48hrs, that was 2 days ago.

      Very disappointed, have emailed, la redoute, no reply.

      Nice and sturdy, but faulty design at handles

      This chest is really nice, solid and sturdy. It took a bit to assemble it, but it was quite easy and super well explained. The quality of the furniture, not only the material but also the assembly is really good and it has a beautiful look and feel. However the handle design of the drawers is faulty. You are supposed to open the drawers from the bottom with a gap where to put your fingers, however it is not well design. The inclination and size between the bottom part of one drawer and the top of the other is not big enough, and most of the handle gap sits hidden by the top drawer making it very difficult to open them. I guess we will have to drill and screw some handles, but I am not sure if the furniture will be damaged, as it is not designed for that, and it will result in adding something extra because the original design has not been well thought and produced
