Remove the excess fibres by hand where possible, do not use a vacuum cleaner with a rotating brush as this can pull and tear the fibres . The pilling will improve over time.

      Not good quality

      The pattern and colours are lovely - that is why I've given 2 stars. However the rug itself is very thin and flimsy. I ordered a more expensive one as I wanted quality, but I wish I hadn't!
