      Poor quality it seems

      I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the two sets of cutlery I purchased from La Redoute. For the price I paid, I expected much better given this is supposed to be the “high end” product from La Redoute. In both sets, half of the items arrived marked, scuffed, and even chipped. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend this much and receive products in such poor condition. Definitely not the quality I was expecting, and I won’t be purchasing cutlery from here again.
