      Esthétiquement il est très beau mais La qualité n’est pas bonne du tout. Les pieds se tordent et cassent. Et la structure n’est pas stable

      Sehr schlechte Erfahrung

      Ich bin mit dem bestellten Bett zufrieden, aber es kam erst mehr als zwei Wochen nach der Bestellung an, obwohl ich es gerade wegen der Angabe „Lieferung innerhalb von 6 Tagen“ gekauft hatte. Meine Mitbewohnerin musste viel länger als erwartet auf einer Matratze auf dem Boden schlafen. Fast eine Woche nach der Bezahlung hatten wir noch immer keine Nachricht zur Lieferung erhalten, und die Sendungsverfolgungsnummer war falsch. Ich musste den Kundenservice anrufen, damit man dort bemerkte, dass es ein Problem gab.

      Trotz meiner Anfrage wurde mir weder eine finanzielle Entschädigung noch ein Gutschein angeboten. Ich werde La Redoute Deutschland nicht mehr weiterempfehlen.

      Beau mais mal conçu

      Le contour de la base de lit (l'espace latte) est plus grand que la taille standard d'un matelas. C'est pas très pratique. Le lit se déplace dans la base. Il ne peut pas être collé contre un mur. La base dépasse beaucoup du lit ce qui fait qu'on a tendance à se cogner contre la base. Le lit est très beau mais nous ne comprenons pas la mauvaise conception. Notre matelas est un matelas standard acheté dans un magasin à grande surface.

      Facilité de montage ,notice bien rédigée. Toutefois une fois monté le sommier est un peu trop long pour un matelas de 140x190
