      Sehr schlechte Erfahrung

      Ich bin mit dem bestellten Bett zufrieden, aber es kam erst mehr als zwei Wochen nach der Bestellung an, obwohl ich es gerade wegen der Angabe „Lieferung innerhalb von 6 Tagen“ gekauft hatte. Meine Mitbewohnerin musste viel länger als erwartet auf einer Matratze auf dem Boden schlafen. Fast eine Woche nach der Bezahlung hatten wir noch immer keine Nachricht zur Lieferung erhalten, und die Sendungsverfolgungsnummer war falsch. Ich musste den Kundenservice anrufen, damit man dort bemerkte, dass es ein Problem gab.

      Trotz meiner Anfrage wurde mir weder eine finanzielle Entschädigung noch ein Gutschein angeboten. Ich werde La Redoute Deutschland nicht mehr weiterempfehlen.
