I am very disappointed with the quality of the bathroom column purchased on La Redoute, especially considering the price. As soon as it was assembled, several defects appeared: screws that turned in the void, making the furniture unstable, as well as other visible imperfections. I contacted customer service and sent photos to report these problems, but I still have not received a response. It is very frustrating to have a product of this quality for such a price, and such unresponsive after-sales service does not help. I am really disappointed with this experience.
