     •  Polyester velour is extremely hard-wearing and suitable for heavy use. The direction of the stripes in the velvet can add different nuances depending on the lighting conditions and how it's used.

     •  The velvet may have pressure marks caused by packaging in transit. Use an iron set at a low temperature on a wet cloth or use a wrinkle remover to give the fibre some lift
     •  Use a velvet brush regularly to remove dust and prevent it from becoming embedded in the fabric.
     •  To limit the appearance of pilling, avoid placing a throw directly on the sofa, as this could accelerate wear and tear of the upholstery.
