Nice but doors don’t quite meet

Very impressed and pleased with this unit, especially for the price. The shelves are solid wood, and look great. (Much higher quality than the flatpack furniture I'm used to.) It was great the box was already assembled as well. A bit tricky getting the doors on, and adjusting them, but we got there. Overall, high quality product that looks excellent assembled.

A really stylish shelving unit that looks great in my alcove. Study and easy to build. I would not have paid full price for it as there are some aspects of the design and build that make it feel less like a £600 piece of furniture.

I bought this before reading some of the reviews about the quality and how hard it was to put together so I was a little bit skeptical however it’s a beautiful shelving unit, quality is great! Looks so nice in my bedroom. Shelves are deep so lots of space on them. I’ve opted to not put the shelf into the cupboard and there wasn’t much room with it inside. Putting together was easy enough, I did it by myself and probably took about half an hour. The hardest part was putting the doors onto the cupboard and the holes didn’t match up with the hinge but overall went okay! Lovely piece of furniture, wouldn’t say it’s worth the price and I got it on offer!

This is a solid piece of furniture that looks great and matches my coffee table that is from the same line. It was relatively easy to assemble (I did it by myself but would recommend you get someone to help you with the shelves). The doors and adjusting the hinges was not very straightforward but worked out fine in the end and everything is well aligned. Love the new look of our living room!

the colour does not match the rest of the range. Poor quality.

We bought this a month ago as we were looking for a bookshelf in our living room. It perfectly showcases 60s style ladderax with industrial features too. It is strong and sturdy and we really love it! Only thing is that the taller books don't quite fit, so we've put them on the top shelf and hopefully we won't get anymore!

This is a nice unit and the quality of the wood is good but there was a faulty screw and La Redoute customer service couldn't care less. They won't replace the screw and basically said I need to sort it out. The instructions were not very clear either and usually parts are labelled but not with this one. I wouldn't recommend.
