      Disappointing quality

      We ordered the full range of Tribal Chairs – 6 chairs in total. The other set (listed separately) arrived in perfect condition. This one, with the remaining 2 chairs, took weeks to arrive and was a real disappointment. Both chairs were faulty: one had a loose backrest with deep, visible marks, and the other had rough, unsanded legs that had been poorly painted over. Both also had scratches and chipped paint. It’s hard to believe anyone checked these before dispatch, which is frustrating, as it shows little regard for quality or environmental impact.
