      Beautiful light, arrived smashed.

Delivery was really prompt, but sadly the excitement of receiving my order was dampened when I opened the box to find the pendant smashed. The packaging really isn't good enough for transporting ceramic or delicate materials. It is such a shame because the product looked lovely and was a good size. The cable and metal fittings looked really good quality. I've arranged a return, but now I'm worried that the remaining lights that I ordered will arrive broken too.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're really sorry to hear that your pendant arrived damaged. We understand how disappointing it must have been to open your parcel and find the item broken, especially after looking forward to receiving it. We're pleased to hear that you were happy with the design, size, and quality of the cable and fittings, and we appreciate your comments regarding the packaging. I've sent you an email with more information. Thanks,

      Glen Berriman-Wallace, Product Team
