      a nice change from plain sheets

      i wanted some new sheets for a bedroom just decorated found these in the sale a great bargain lovely quality wash well look good and lovely pure cotton will look to buy something similar next time so much more stylish than just a plain coloured sheet

      Waxy coating on surface

      I ironed the sheet when it arrived and found it gummed up the sole plate of my iron. On inspection the patterned side of sheet had a waxy coating. I washed it but it did not remove the wax. I ironed it on the reverse to avoid the wax sticking to my iron. I've never come across this before and I'm not happy as I don't know what the waxy substance is and whether it is toxic.
