    Check this duvet cover carefully - faults found

    When product arrived I was pleased with the way it looked and washed it (as I always do with new bed linen) BUT when I went to place it on the bed I discovered it was faulty. Despite the description and diagram on La Redoute website and despite the diagram on the packaging - the gap where you insert the duvet DOES NOT RUN THE WHOLE WIDTH OF THE DUVET BUT ONLY HALF THE WIDTH. Therefore in order to place the duvet in the cover you have to fold the duvet in half in order to get it into the cover and then attempt to straighten it out once the entire duvet is inside the cover - an absolute nightmare !

    Had I realised that before washing it I would have returned it as faulty but I foolishly believed that the diagram on the packaging and the La Redoute website was correct - after all why would any manufacturer make such a ridiculous design?

    I am now left with a useless duvet set which will live in the bottom of a drawer and never get used
