      Let Down By It's Zip and Customer Service (lack)

      This duvet cover was good quality cotton and initially I liked it. But the poor quality zip soon let things down. Not only did it keep getting caught with the lining but after the first wash the zip would not zip up again and was broken. I tried to contact customer service via the website to see if anything could be done but they didn't reply. Avoid.

      I was excited when this item arrived. However, I expected the zip to be on 3 sides and I am convinced there was a video showing this when I bought it. It helps a little but not what I expected. The quality is fine.
