      Produit pas à la bonne dimension

      Très déçue du produit que je dois renvoyer car les dimensions ne correspondent pas à celles affichées sur le site. Suite à cela, un dédommagement de 15% m'est proposé. 1h d'attendre avec le service client pour qu'ils me disent, au final, de renvoyer l'article et ne me propose pas de réduction pour compenser leur erreur. Déplorable.....et beaucoup de temps de perdu.
